What counts as a host?
A host is any physical or virtual machine, container host, or serverless function that reports metrics to SignalTRX. Containers running on the same host count as one host.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! The Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I exceed my log volume?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your log volume. Additional logs are billed at $0.10/GB. You can set hard caps to prevent overages.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
