Terms of Service - SignalTRX

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalTRX's platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Use the Services to transmit malicious code
Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to the Services. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Level Agreement

For Enterprise customers, service level commitments are defined in a separate SLA agreement. For Pro customers, we target 99.9% uptime. Current system status is available at our Status page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalTRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
